Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are the contract between you and English With Kiki (“us”, “we”, etc). By visiting or using our website, or signing up for and using our services, you agree to be bound by them.
You are: Anyone who uses our website or buys any service from us.
Please read this agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave our website and stop using our website or the services immediately.
Basis of The Service
1. Book A Free Trial Session
1.1. Email Kiki to arrange a trial session.
1.2. The free trial class is at no cost and has a duration of thirty (30) minutes.
1.3. The free trial session is a service for you to establish ‘English with Kiki’ and for Kiki to establish you.
1.4. One free trial session per person. You are not entitled to book more than one free trial session.
1.5. The free trial session is offered only to users who are using ‘English With Kiki’ Services for the first time.
1.6. The free trial session is a service for you and Kiki to communicate with each other, so we understand your reason/s for wanting to take English classes and choose an appropriate type of English class and lesson plan.
1.7. Classes are arranged for one cycle. One cycle is one month (30 to 31 days).
1.8. Before the trial session ends, we confirm when you want the classes: the date/s, time and frequency for one cycle.
1.9. After the trial session, we send you an email with the information on the class date/s and time, the total payment and how to make the payment.
2. Payment
2.1. All payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
2.2. Once the payment is made and received, we send you an email confirmation. You receive the following links:
Zoom: Access to the class.
Google Classroom: Access to the lesson material and all resources that have been used in the classes.
2.3. ALL CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Cancellation And Missed Classes
3.1. A reminder of the class will be sent via your email from hello.englishwithkiki@gmail.com one hour before the class starts. Any late attendance will not be compensated.
3.2. You have the right to cancel and reschedule the class more than 24 hours before the start time of the class.
3.3. You do not have the right to reschedule the class less than 24 hours before the start time.
3.4. There will be a five-minute allowance for running over the class scheduled hour. Any minutes falling past this will be charged according to your country's currency per fifteen minutes.
3.5. If you make late attendance for any reason/s, you will not be compensated, and you can not reschedule.
3.6. If you miss classes for any reason/s, you will not be compensated, and you can not reschedule.
3.7. You are responsible for using a working internet connection and having functional devices. We will not be responsible for internet disruptions or other technical inconveniences related to your internet connection.
3.8. If we can not conduct any classes due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, technical and connection issues, you have three options for compensation.
a) Have a refund, and this will arrive through the original payment you made.
b) Take it off the following monthly payment.
c) Re-arrange another class within the month.
4. After Finishing A Cycle Of Classes
4.1. Once you have attended all the classes, the Zoom link expires. If you want to take more classes, you must make a new payment, the same as the previous cycle.
4.2. While attending all classes, you will always have access to the Google Classroom.
4.3. When you stop taking classes, after 30 days, you will no longer have access to Google Classroom.
4.4. If you do not want to attend any more classes and want to cancel our arrangement, please provide a week's notice (7 days) via the email hello.englishwithkiki@gmail.com.
4.5. If you want to change the schedule or add more classes, please inform us via email hello.englishwithkiki@gmail.com as soon as possible to discuss the possibility.
4.6. If you want a new lesson plan, you must inform us via email hello.englishwithkiki@gmail.com.
